Arizona Republic or the New Times, and Azcentral.com! We also list with
the MLS in Phoenix, upon agreement with investor. Excellent coverage is
achieved with these placements.
We collect deposits, complete the lease, collect rents, and generate
easy to read monthly reports with net rents to investor.
Do you have the Notification of Arizona Residential Rental Property form
completed and filed with Maricopa County? This is a required form for
all investors. Please contact us and we will send you the required form
by fax or e-mail. Free to you.
Cost effective management is achieved with industry related contacts for
any and all property related maintenance. We disburse all maintenance
calls and provide problem solving prevention and solutions to
landlord/tenant issues. We facilitate tenant evictions through legal
services that specialize in this field. (Arizona has one of the fastest
eviction procedures in the country.) Average eviction process is
approximately 4 weeks.
We will provide consultations to investors for all faces of owning
rental properties in the Valley. This includes analysis of prospective
properties for rental value, 1031 Exchanges and estimates for market
values to buy or sell. Location is very important! We will consult with
you before that next purchase.
Management fees are based on number and type of properties in your
